If you are looking for the most upscale amenities then this is not your place. BUT if you are looking for very clean, safe, quiet, comfortable beds, free breakfast at a reasonable price then this is your place. This is family owned and operated and they work hard to provide a great stay for their customers. Breakfast has waffles, cereal and toast. It may be lacking a few items but it’s good and included. They also have good WIFI.
Honestly super affordable had to come out of state for a funeral. Pet friendly. Rooms was very clean. Staff was extremely nice. Obviously it ain't no fancy Dancy top dollar hotel but hey in this economy it was worth our money for a last minute booking. Thank you!
Spotless room cheap enough pet fee of $20 but I was very disappointed in the internet speeds and capabilities, but despite that, I would stay again, even had a washer and dryer $2.50 on each per load. Well worth what I paid for a king size ground level pet friendly room less than $100.
After an anxious cat fiasco I pulled in later than planned, around 1am. Evayne took the time to set me up with a pet friendly room, no carpet, clean, no places the cat could hide, I could park right outside the door to my room so taking things in/out was very easy, the whole establishment was kept really tidy, and employees were very friendly and accommodating. For the price, this deal is amazing. It’s not very up to date and the breakfast is not something I’d go for but it did provide everything I truly needed. Felt compelled to leave a review after booking another stay at Baymont except in Virginia. The Virginia location (Salem/Roanoke) is absolutely terrible and had none of the things I liked so much about my stay at Gallatin.
They were very hospitable during the iced storm Fern. With porter power out we stayed a week with our dog. They made sure we had plenty of hot coffee and a generous self serve breakfast buffet. I have and will continue to frequent this for staycations

The room was nice, the lady who checked us in was super friendly and the rest of the staff was friendly as well. The hotel is located nested to a shopping center, lots of restaurants and a 24 hour shell station that is with in walking distance.
Waffles and cereal for breakfast. Apple juice was always fresh. Coffee anytime. Rooms were clean and they checked every morning to see if we needed service.
